- HYMN : LOVE DIVINE, ALL LOVES EXCELLING
1) Love divine, all loves excelling,
joy of heav’n to earth come down,
fix in us Thy humble dwelling;
all Thy faithful mercies crown.
Jesus, Thou art all compassion;
pure, unbounded love Thou art;
visit us with Thy salvation;
enter ev’ry trembling heart.
2) Breathe, O breathe Thy loving Spirit
into ev’ry troubled breast!
Let us all in Thee inherit;
let us find the promised rest.
Take away the love of sinning;
Alpha and Omega be;
end of faith, as its beginning:
set our hearts at liberty.
- READING PRAYER
- SERMON TEXT : Matthew 5:13-16
5:13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
5:14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.
St. Matthew 5:15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.
5:16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

- THE APOSTLE’S CREED (CONFESS IN UNISON)
I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord.
He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit
and born of the Virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again.
He ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting.

1) I will follow Thee, my Saviour,
Thou hast shed Thy blood for me;
Lead me to the cleansing fountain,
Where from sin I may be free.

Yes! I’ll follow only Thee,
I will follow, follow
Yes! I’ll follow only Thee.
2) I will follow Thee, my Saviour,
Thou hast died to make me free;
I am poor and weak and helpless,
Therefore would I follow Thee. [Chorus]
3) I will follow Thee, my Saviour,
All my daily life shall be
Consecrated to Thy service,
I will trust and follow Thee. [Chorus]

- THE LORD’S PRAYER (Pray in Unison)
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen
