C. READING PRAYER
D. SERMON TEXT : I Corinthians 2:12-16
2:12 What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who
is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us.\

2:13 This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in
words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit- taught words.
2:14 The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from
the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand
them because they are discerned only through the Spirit.
2:15 The person with the Spirit makes judgments about all things, but such a
person is not subject to merely human judgments,
2:16 for, “Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we
have the mind of Christ.

7. THE APOSTLE’S CREED (CONFESS IN UNISON)
I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord.
He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit
and born of the Virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was cruci ied, died, and was buried.
He descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again.
He ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting.
Catholic Church = Universal Church

8. HYMN : Hide Me Now Under Your Wings (Lingkupiku)
Hide me now under Your wings
Cover me within Your mighty hand
When the oceans rise and thunders roar
I will soar with You above the storm
Father, You are King over the lood
I will be still, know You are God
Find rest my soul in Christ alone
Know His power in quietness and trust
When the oceans rise and thunders roar
I will soar with you above the storm

Father, You are King over the lood
I will be still, know You are God
When the oceans rise and thunders roar
I will soar with You above the storm
Father, You are King over the lood
And I will be still, know You are God

9. THE LORD’S PRAYER (Pray in Unison)
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen
(Please be Seated)

and the dawning to noonday bright,
and Christ’s great kingdom shall come on earth,
the kingdom of love and light.
